About us
Officially, Diergaarde Blijdorp is called the "Stichting Koninklijke Rotterdamse Diergaarde" (Royal Rotterdam Zoo Foundation). Diergaarde Blijdorp is 25 hectares in size, which is why we have different addresses. You can visit us seven days a week through our main entrance: Blijdorplaan 8, 3041 JG Rotterdam. Our establishment address (not for mail or visits!) is: Van Aerssenlaan 49, 3039 KE Rotterdam.
First, have a look at the frequently asked questions. You might find the answer you need right away. If you don't see your question listed, you can call us from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at 0900-1857 (no additional charges, only the usual call costs) or send an email.
The right of withdrawal applies to the purchase of e-tickets that are valid throughout the season. Within 14 days of purchasing the e-tickets, you can exercise your right of withdrawal using this form. Tickets that have already been used cannot be canceled under the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to e-tickets that are part of a package and are booked for a specific day and/or time.

You can also report complaints about this website and orders of tickets, subscriptions, and packages here. If we cannot resolve it together, you always have the right to submit a dispute through an independent dispute resolution body.
